Jorge Aguirre

During my Working Holiday in New Zealand, I had the opportunity to work at Ghost Street, a development studio with excellent professionals and great people. Here, I worked with Svelte and SvelteKit, deepening my Front-end knowledge. Additionally, I worked with technologies such as CraftCMS, Shopify, Supabase, and AWS on a wide variety of projects.

At Practia Global, I was assigned to work at Banco Falabella, where I had the opportunity to work as part of the development team for personal banking websites in Peru and Chile. Here, I primarily worked with Angular and Node, developing new versions of various digital experiences for the bank's customers as part of the digital transformation project. All this within a microservices architecture and deployments in various clouds like AWS and Azure.

During my time at Banco Ripley, I had the pleasure of working in the digital transformation team, a small but talented group. I created the architecture for a content management system for the bank's public website, a platform for the creation and distribution of NPS surveys, and worked on the integration of third-party APIs while promoting the use of version control in Bitbucket and deployments to GCP.

My first job as a web developer, where I learned to work in teams and use technologies like Vue and Laravel, deepening my knowledge of JS, PHP, and SQL. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with test automation and web scraping tools such as Puppeteer and Casper. My skills with Photoshop and Illustrator were also helpful in designing interfaces and creating graphic content.
